n8n automation: repetitive tasks disappear. Not your team.

Your tools talk to each other and your repetitive tasks run on their own, day and night. Not everything is worth automating: we start with the process that costs you the most.

What to automate

What you do by hand runs on its own.

Each workflow replaces a chain of copy-paste between tools. Here are examples, drawn from real projects.

B2B prospecting that feeds your sales team

Before: your salespeople spent their mornings hunting for contacts and re-typing them into the CRM. After: collection, qualification and the first outreach happen on their own, overnight. The team wakes up to qualified prospects.

  • From contact collection to the personalized email
  • Deduplication and contact qualification
  • Scheduled follow-ups, nothing forgotten
  • Zero manual data entry
Outcome

a prospect pool fed continuously; your salespeople talk to customers instead of hunting for them.

Press monitoring that filters for you

A monitoring workflow that watches sources and feeds, filters the noise, and automatically flags only what concerns you, summarized and sorted, in your usual channel. No more Google alerts buried in off-topic noise.

  • Continuous multi-source monitoring
  • Automatic filtering and summarizing
  • Alerts only on what matters
  • Delivered to Slack, email or Notion
Outcome

you never miss anything relevant, without spending an hour a day reading feeds.

Newsletter and content, no human in the loop

A content pipeline that collects, formats, schedules and distributes, with no human in the loop. The newsletter goes out on its own, content publishes at the right time, and you only touch the process to approve if you want to.

  • Automatic collection and formatting
  • Scheduling and multi-channel distribution
  • Optional human approval step
  • Traceability on every send
Outcome

a steady presence held with no effort, a publishing routine that no longer depends on your availability.

CRM sync, notifications, payments

Before: the same information was re-typed into two or three tools, with discrepancies along the way. After: the CRM updates itself, the team is notified at the right moment, payment reminders go out without fail.

  • Sync between CRM and third-party tools
  • Targeted internal notifications
  • Payment reminders and reconciliation
  • Automatic consolidated reporting
Outcome

an end to double data entry and data that drifts from one tool to another.

Yours gets framed in 30 minutes, once your process is described: goal, tools involved, expected time saved.

Two workflows in production

What an n8n automation that actually runs looks like.

Not demos: two n8n chains in service, with their numbers. They run without daily intervention.

01

Daily media monitoring for esensia

A monitoring digest sent every day. The n8n workflow scans the web and social networks, surfaces around ten relevant stories, sorts them, summarises them and prepares the newsletter. The team proofreads and sends.

+10 h a week, the time the same sorting would take by hand

02

IA Brew, my own newsletter

The one I run for myself, and that you can inspect: collection across 20 sources, de-duplication, selection, AI-assisted writing, layout and sending. A single n8n workflow, with error handling and retries.

93 n8n nodes, 20 monitored feeds, zero daily intervention

These workflows connect the tools you already use: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), messaging (Slack, Gmail, WhatsApp), databases (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL), payments (Stripe), and any API through a webhook. n8n is self-hostable: your data and your workflows stay with you.

Why n8n, how we build

From described process to workflow in production.

n8n is an open-source automation tool: your workflows stay readable and editable. Every build follows the same four steps.

01

Process audit

We identify the repetitive task, the tools to connect and the error cases. We measure what it costs today in manual time. If automation is not worth its cost, I tell you at this stage.

02

Workflow build

I build, test and harden the workflow: explicit error handling, retries and alerts. Nothing breaks in silence, and you validate the result on real cases before going live.

03

Handoff and ownership

You get the exported workflows, the access and the documentation, with a hands-on walkthrough for your team.

04

Maintenance as needed

Monthly support on quote: monitoring, fixes and adaptations when a third-party tool changes. You always know who to call.

Trust & terms

The terms, before we start.

Automating a process means trusting it with part of your business. You know what you own, where your data lives and who to call.

Workflow ownership

Your workflows belong to you: exports, admin access, documentation.

Your data in France

Hosting in France is available: your data stays with you and GDPR compliance is easier.

Single point of contact

One person scopes, builds, deploys and maintains. No subcontracting.

Maintenance and NDA

Monthly support on quote for long-term follow-up. NDA signed on request, before any detailed discussion about your processes.

FAQ

Questions about n8n automation.

What can you automate with n8n?

Any repetitive process that connects several tools: CRM sync, email follow-up, prospecting, monitoring and alerts, content distribution, payment reminders, reporting. If a task means copying data from one tool to another by hand, it can almost always be automated. The scoping call is there to spot the task with the best return on your time.

Self-hosted n8n or cloud?

Both are possible. Self-hosting keeps your data on your own server; the cloud is faster to set up. The choice is made during scoping, based on your data sensitivity and your volume.

Do I keep my workflows?

Yes. You get the exported files, admin access and the documentation. You can take back control or hand the workflows to another team at any time.

What if a workflow breaks?

Every workflow ships with explicit error handling: retries, logs and alerts on failure, so you are warned before your customers are. A monthly support plan, on quote, covers monitoring, fixes and adaptations when a third-party tool changes.

How much does an automation cost?

Scope is framed in 30 minutes. A first, focused need often fits in a Sprint from €2,500; a full pipeline is priced on quote, depending on the tools to connect and the error cases to cover. Monthly support is also on quote. Everything is set before we start, with no surprises along the way.

Do I need a technical team on my side?

No. The workflow is designed, tested, deployed and documented end to end, from scoping to production. You do not need an in-house developer. If you already have a technical team, I come in as extra support on the automation side.

Is this different from an AI agent?

Yes. This page is about process automation and making your tools talk to each other. For an assistant that converses with your teams or customers, see the AI agent developer page.
